Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the book is unopened, unread and in its original packaging.

Damaged in transit

If your book arrives damaged, please share a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged items free of charge with priority shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bKash or Nagad.

Non-returnable items

• Gift-wrapped items where wrapping has been opened.
• Combo packs where individual books have been separated.
• Personalised or handwritten items.
